When you reach out to book a stay or ask a question, we collect what you share with us directly — typically your name, phone number, and the contents of your WhatsApp message. Our website itself doesn't run a booking form or store any account information, since all bookings are currently arranged directly over WhatsApp.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, arrange your booking, and communicate with you about your stay. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Third parties
Our Contact page embeds a Google Map to show our location, which may set cookies from Google when it loads. We don't use any analytics or advertising trackers on this site at this time.
How long we keep it
We keep booking-related messages and contact details for as long as reasonably needed to manage your stay and for basic record-keeping afterward, and delete them when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out to us via WhatsApp to make a request.
