Uma Karas
Place for Peace
A handful of stilted houses among the rice fields of Batukaras, a quiet place to slow down, minutes from the sea.
A quiet corner of Batukaras
Uma Karas sits where the rice fields meet the edge of Batukaras village, a short, easy walk from the coast. Built as a cluster of traditional stilted houses, it was made for slow mornings, long quiet evenings, and not much else. There's no rush here, just the sound of wind through the sawah, a shared pool, and a cup of coffee whenever you're ready for one.
Where to stay
Three stilted houses, each with its own view and its own quiet.

Shared spaces
A pool tucked behind the houses, a small café beside it, and Kandang Kebo, an indoor hall for guests to gather, read, or wait out the rain.
